I totally want to eat this! Ate this in shandong few years back when I went on a trip by the school. It's like caramel coated sweet potato. But I just can't find the recipe! Found loads of so-call recipe but wasn't precise and I don't really understand because it's all in chinese. Saw this on a television program and totally feel like eating it again.
